Before joining Envision Fitness boot camp classes or starting personal training for muscle gain, we encourage you to take advantage of a free fitness consultation. You’ll get 90 minutes with an Envision Fitness trainer, broken out into two segments – a 60-minute consultation and a follow-up, 30-minute session later that week.

During these sessions, we will ask you questions about your fitness and health goals, activity level, medical history, eating habits, and lifestyle. We’ll also take accurate measurements of your weight, body fat percentage, body water percentage, lean body mass (muscle and bone), resting metabolic rate, metabolic efficiency, and visceral fat.

With your body measurements and desired results in mind, we are able to create your unique Wellness Profile, as well as a customized plan to help you achieve your goals.
