What is the difference between personal training and boot camp?

Personal training sessions are 30-60 minutes and are customized training programs tailored to meet your individual goals.

Boot Camp is a high intensity, hour-long workout done in a group setting and follows a weekly schedule.

Can I come in and workout on my own?

We do offer an Open Gym Membership for $45 per month.
