We’d love to see your face at an upcoming fitness boot camp! Get support on your health and fitness journey while training alongside a diverse group of boot camp athletes and trainers.

Inspired by our founder’s Marine Corps training, our group exercise classes offer a balance of strength training, high-intensity training, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each day of the week focuses on different muscle groups and intensity levels, so you will be constantly challenging your body and building your confidence.

We always start each week focusing on strength, with upper body on Monday and lower body on Tuesday. As the week goes on, we focus more on cardio and high intensity. We do this because we know the benefits of incorporating all aspects of training on the human body – and we like to keep things fresh! Workouts last 45-50 minutes plus cool down. Some fitness boot camp members have been with Envision from the very beginning (we call them “Founders Members”), while others joined a few months ago, and more newcomers sign on monthly. Whether you’re an elite athlete or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, Envision Fitness boot camp is a place to build a better you – mind, body, and soul.

Yes, you will get an incredible workout. But the main focus of our group fitness classes is community building. Our instructors take the time to get to know each member personally, and we always make sure every member knows each other too. We work harder and achieve more when we work together!

New to Envision? Let’s get to know each other before you start boot camp or personal training! We encourage all new members to book a free fitness consultation with one of our trainers to establish your personalized Wellness Profile.

During this free 90-minute consultation, we’ll spend the majority of the time getting to know each other and talking about your goals. We believe learning your “why” – the reason you’re joining boot camp or starting personal training – is the first, most important aspect of your fitness journey. We also believe this is what sets Envision Fitness apart from other gyms or personal trainers; we take the time to get to your why, and we fully commit to helping you realize your vision.

Envision members and trainers hold each other accountable. If you miss a boot camp class, expect several text messages from your community. We truly care about each other, we keep each other motivated, and we work hard to lift each other’s spirits because we understand your mindset determines your results.

During your free fitness consultation, we’ll also measure your:

  • Weight
  • Body fat percentage
  • Body water percentage
  • Lean body mass (muscle and bone)
  • Resting metabolic rate
  • Metabolic efficiency
  • Visceral fat
