Whether you’re an elite athlete or have never stepped into a gym, Envision Fitness boot camp is a place to build a better you – mind, body, and soul.

Our group workout classes bring high-energy, science-backed programming for the best results. We work harder and achieve more when we work together!

When you’re in class, expect to have fun. Expect to meet some pretty cool people on their own wellness journeys. And, of course, expect to work!

There is so much power in balancing your individual fitness journey with collective wellness. Witnessing the strength and support of our boot camp community inspired our founder, Eric, to develop a small group cohort service.

Elevate by Envision Fitness is designed for people who want to participate in a short-term wellness program with a small group of like-minded learners.

Like our monthly total wellness plans for individuals, Elevate combines training with metabolic testing and nutrition coaching, offering a comprehensive solution for reaching your goals. The difference is you’re doing it with a group for a short time (about six months).

What is a fitness boot camp & where do you meet?

“Fitness boot camp” is another term for our awesome group workout classes open to athletes of all experience levels. We meet at the Kilo Collective gym in Hopkins, Minnesota.

Class schedule:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 5 pm to 5:45 pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am to 9:15 am

What’s the difference between personal training & boot camp?

Personal training sessions are 30 to 60 minutes and are customized training programs tailored to your individual goals.

Group workout classes (aka “boot camp”) are high-intensity, hour-long workouts that follow a weekly schedule (linked above!) and are done in a group setting.

Do you think I can do boot camp?

We hear this question constantly. Yes! The classes are small, and our coaches are always willing to modify them to your ability.

What is the pricing for workout classes?

Ready to make a change in your life for the better? Our memberships enable you to come to as many classes as you want!

An unlimited membership to fitness boot camp is $165 a month. Add nutrition coaching at 50% off!

If you prefer to purchase class packs, we offer 10 classes for $200 or 20 classes for $360. Please contact us today to sign up or get more info!
