Workout Classes


We’d love to see your face at an upcoming fitness boot camp! Get support on your health and fitness journey while training alongside a diverse group of boot camp athletes and trainers.

Inspired by our founder’s Marine Corps training, our group exercise classes offer a balance of strength training, high-intensity training, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each day of the week focuses on different muscle groups and intensity levels, so you will be constantly challenging your body and building your confidence.

We always start each week focusing on strength, with upper body on Monday and lower body on Tuesday. As the week goes on, we focus more on cardio and high intensity. We do this because we know the benefits of incorporating all aspects of training on the human body – and we like to keep things fresh! Workouts last 45-50 minutes plus cool down. Some fitness boot camp members have been with Envision from the very beginning (we call them “Founders Members”), while others joined a few months ago, and more newcomers sign on monthly. Whether you’re an elite athlete or you’ve never stepped into a gym before, Envision Fitness boot camp is a place to build a better you – mind, body, and soul.

Yes, you will get an incredible workout. But the main focus of our group fitness classes is community building. Our instructors take the time to get to know each member personally, and we always make sure every member knows each other too. We work harder and achieve more when we work together!

Our fitness classes bring high-energy, science-backed programming to give you the best results. When you’re here, expect to have fun. Expect to meet some pretty cool people who are on their own fitness journeys. And, of course, expect to work!

Ready to make a change in your life for the better? Our boot camp memberships enable you to come to as many classes as you want! We offer an unlimited membership to fitness boot camp for $140 a month. Free nutritional coaching is included!
