Nutrition Coaching is a complimentary service provided with any Envision Fitness membership level (fitness boot camp or personal training classes). We offer this for free because nutrition is a necessary component of any fitness program, and we want all of our members to be set up for success!

While every athlete needs adequate nutrition, there’s no nutrition plan that will work for everyone. Each individual’s body is different, and it’s important to know the right breakdown of macronutrients – carbs, fat, and protein – for your body type.
During your free fitness consultation, your Envision Fitness trainer will ask you questions about your eating habits, activity level, and fitness goals, as well as take measurements of your weight, body fat, resting metabolic rate, etc. These stats will help us create your personalized Wellness Profile and nutrition program.
We’ll also provide guidance about things like good carbs vs. bad carbs, how much protein to consume, and healthy fats to include in your diet. Along with education about food choices, nutrition coaching will give you insight into your own personal relationship with food. As you discuss your typical diet with your personal trainer, please be open and honest. We love to eat, and would never encourage a diet that doesn’t allow for any indulgences. But we will give you advice on the best foods to eat based on the results you want to see, as well as provide you with the tools to avoid habits, like emotional eating or binging, that can make it harder to achieve your goals.
