Changing your body means changing your mind first. Time and experience have taught us the critical, initial step towards any successful weight loss program is figuring out your “why.” Why do you want to lose weight? To relieve lower back pain? To reduce your risk of heart problems or disease? To look better in your jeans?

It’s hard to see results if you don’t know where you started. We strongly encourage anyone seeking weight loss to book a free consultation with an Envision Fitness trainer.
During this informal, 90-minute health assessment, we will discuss your goals and do accurate tests to measure your body’s fat, resting metabolic rate, and lean body mass. This helps us create your personalized Wellness Profile to determine the right nutrition program for you (see below).
NUTRITION COUNSELING (FREE!)
You’ve probably heard the saying “Abs start in the kitchen.” Well, so does weight loss. Whether you are signing up for boot camp classes or personal training sessions, we offer free nutrition counseling to help you reach your goals.
It’s important to know the right breakdown of macronutrients (carbs, fat, protein) for your body. We’ll teach you all about good carbs, getting the right amount of protein, healthy fats to include in your diet, and more. Want to start nutrition counseling before diving into an exercise program? CONSISTENCY
When you join Envision Fitness boot camp or personal training classes, we will teach you how to be diligent each day. This is very important for maintaining weight loss and staying committed to your health and fitness.
You’ll learn how to avoid emotional eating, how to make healthy choices without feeling “cheated,” and get the opportunity to connect with a group of like-minded individuals – Envision Fitness trainers and members – who will hold you accountable and keep you motivated to reach your goals.
