If you excel at every aspect of your life but struggle to maintain good health, we are perfect for you. If you're used to being good at everything you do, it can be hard to do something where you are not as confident and don't want to fail. This is where Envision Fitness comes in. We provide you with the toolbox necessary to help you overcome that feeling.
We offer a starter coaching plan designed to provide you with a strength training routine that will help you build muscle, build endurance, and get in shape. We know you are busy, so we take careful preparation to make sure we don't overwhelm you. Your program will be designed to match your expectations, while still pushing you to be your healthiest self.
The Starter Plan: $$$175/month
Our starter plan includes:
- Personalized workout routine, updated every month based on your progress.
- Weekly 15-minute Zoom check-ins with your coach.
- One 30-minute in-person, or virtual training session.
- Nutrition Coaching -- $75/Month
- Additional 30-minute Training Sessions -- $75 Each
TRAINING PLAN AND GUIDANCE
When you sign up, you’ll get personalized workout planning from our expert trainers. As you work through your programming, your coach will monitor, track, and chart your progress, so we can see your progress.
If necessary, your coach will also adjust your routine to ensure you continue moving forward toward your goals, avoiding a plateau.
During your monthly personal training session, your coach will assess your form and progress, answer questions you may have, and help you optimize your performance. This session also enables you to discuss any concerns about keeping you accountable so we can help you stay on track toward your goals.
NUTRITION PLANNING AND COACHING
Nutrition is so hard for too many people. It seems the industry likes it that way. That’s why we included nutrition coaching as an available option for you. If you've tried losing weight before and cannot figure out why those pounds aren't going anywhere, it likely has to do with your food.
As you follow your plan, your nutrition coach will monitor your Basal Metabolic Rate (also known as your resting metabolism), body fat, and muscle mass. As your body adapts to your workouts, we will steadily change your eating habits to align with what your body needs. Whenever necessary, your coach will make adjustments to your plan to ensure you continue progressing. Adjustments may occur weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on how your body adapts.
