The Starter Plan: $140/month
Our starter plan includes personalized monthly workout programming, one weekly 15-minute Zoom check-in with your coach, and one 30-minute, in-person training session at the gym.
The Advanced Plan: $200/month
Our advanced plan includes all of the perks of our starter plan plus personalized nutrition planning.
What Does Monthly Health Coaching Include?
At Envision Fitness, both of our monthly health coaching plans are designed for people who don’t need (or want) personalized, on-site training on a weekly basis.
Our hybrid coaching model allows us to guide you on your health and fitness journey and provide weekly accountability in a way that works for your needs, budget, and busy schedule.
Affordable, One-on-One Coaching
Both of our plans provide one-on-one coaching in a way that’s both affordable and flexible. We know you’re busy, but we also know that having routine accountability check-ins and expert eyes on your training and nutrition can help you make huge strides toward your goals.
Our hybrid coaching model allows you to access our expertise and guidance at a fraction of the cost of onsite personal training and in a way that’s convenient for your needs and schedule.
Training Plan and Guidance
When you sign up for either plan, you’ll get personalized workout planning from our expert trainers. As you work through your programming, your coach will monitor, track, and chart your progress, so you can clearly see how you’re doing.
Whenever necessary, your coach will also adjust your training plan to ensure you continue moving forward toward your goals.
During your monthly in-person training session, your coach will assess your form, help optimize your performance, and answer any questions you may have. This session also gives you an opportunity to discuss any concerns, accountability issues, etc., so we help you stay on track toward your goals.
Nutrition Planning and Regular Adjustments
If you’re like most people, hitting the gym isn’t the hard part — eating according to your goals is. That’s why our advanced monthly health coaching package includes customized nutrition guidance, planning, and routine adjustments based on your goals.
As you follow your plan, your nutrition coach will monitor your progress and how your body responds to your programming. Whenever necessary, your coach will make adjustments to your plan to ensure you continue progressing. Adjustments may occur on a weekly or biweekly basis or less frequently depending on your unique needs.
