Hey everyone, I hope you’re having a great Friday. I wanted to come up with a quick post about fat loss and some “quick fat loss tips” that come to mind that you can implement right away.

Here, I will give you 4 quick tips to properly get that nasty body fat off. Of course, the two obvious ways through which you can burn fat include cardio and weight lifting. In this post, we will go slightly beyond these.

Simply put, we are about to step out of the gym and head into the kitchen. I’m going to give you a practical list to clean up your nutritional habits and change your physique for the better.

Without further ado, let’s have a look at these tips.

1.     Increase Water Consumption

Water is the primary medium in which most of the cellular activities occur. This includes the burning and transport of fat. Therefore, you should drink a lot of calorie-free water so you can feel full and resultantly eat less. It’s recommended that you drink a minimum of 1 ounce of water per 2 pounds of bodyweight every day. This is about a 100 ounces for a person weighing 200 pounds. You can simply keep a water bottle by your side wherever you go and keep refilling it throughout the day.

2.     Have a Full Breakfast

Your body starves the whole night, which is why it needs nutrients in the morning so it can rebuild itself. If you eat on the run instead of having a full meal, it provides a negative impact on your workout, as well as on everything else you do throughout the day. You need a sufficient amount of protein (nearly 30-40 grams), complex carbs (such as oatmeal), and a piece of fruit to start your day on the right track.

3.     Drink Black Coffee Prior to Workout

Due to caffeine, the body starts relying more on fat as fuel during your workout instead of glucose. However, the effect of caffeine is decreased if you eat a meal filled with carbohydrates. So remember to have a cup of black coffee before 1-2 hours of your workout, and don’t consume a high amount of carbs along with it. If you must drink the coffee with a snack or meal, then focus on protein and healthy fats. Always skip the sugar and cream, due to which unwanted fat and calories are added, and also avoid having caffeine at other times during the day. If you do consume caffeine a lot, the fat burning effects may get desensitized on you.

4.     Eat More Vegetables

Vegetables pack maximum nutrition value while having minimal calories. This is because veggies are nutrient-dense. In other words, vegetables leave you feeling fuller on a fewer amount of calories. You should consume roughly five servings of veggies a day, whether on the side of a chicken breast, as a snack, or on a sandwich. Also order fresh vegetables on the sides instead of French fries every time you eat out.

As long as you keep the above tips in mind, you will definitely stay on the right track of your fat loss journey!
