It’s fall… well almost! At least in Starbucks mind it is!

Pumpkin Spice Latte’s seem to be coming earlier and earlier each year, and with that, comes the costly calories in each drink.

Today, we’re featuring a healthier version of a PSL from @TheMacroBarista on Instagram, who specializes in healthier Starbucks drinks.

Step by Step:

  1. Start with a Tall Blonde Americano Latte
  2. Ask for light water and a regular splash of almond milk
  3. Ask for 1 pump of pumpkin spice AND 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla
  4. Top with extra pumpkin spice topping!!


Healthy version (tall w/ almond milk): 90 calories, 10 sugar, 1 fiber, 1.5 protein, 14 carb, 3 fat.

Regular PSL (tall w/ whole milk): 300 calories, 39 sugar, 0 fiber,  11 protein, 40 carb, 11 fat.
